You are now listening to Leverage for Growth. Hey everybody, this is Jesse P. Gilmore, founder of Niche in Control, creator of Leverage for Growth, and the author of the agency owner’s Guide to Freedom, which you can find at nicheincontrol.com slash book. Welcome to the Daily Leverage Edition. Today’s topic is this, from launch to lifelong impact. Sit back, relax, and welcome to today’s Daily Leverage. So this morning, I was doing my morning routine of stacking and reflecting on the journey leading up to the book launch.

There was a part of me that wanted it to be done and was ready for the next chapter. There was another part of me that wanted it to keep going. It’s interesting being pulled in two different directions, leading up to a monumental event in your life. One that is used to the familiar, and then the other that embraces the change. In the end, I’m glad that everything that was building up to the book launch event is done and that the new chapter has begun.

One thing that was pretty cool was selling out of the hard covers, copies over the weekend and reaching the Amazon bestseller list in a couple of different categories on launch day. We were number one in the new releases, number four in Kindle version, number six in hardcover and then number eight in paperback. And we’ve been working to get the paperback.

Jesse (01:30.595)
Ahem.

Jesse (01:38.242)
We’ve been working to get the hardcover inventory filled quicker than it is currently, so people don’t have to wait until the end of November to receive a book. So if you are one of those, stay tuned. We think we have a solution. But luckily, the paperback is still available with a quick delivery time. We also made the entire audio book available on this podcast so that people didn’t have to wait to gain the insights. And really, as one chapter is ending, another one is beginning. And I find myself making a conscious shift

in what I am focused on with the book, as everything before the book launch was focused on making sure fulfillment was set up and the website was up and people were notified leading up to the event and then creating the presentation for launch day. It left me very little time and energy to focus on much else. As I am now done with the book launch and we sent the remaining hardcovers that I had in my office to those who pre-ordered the book, I’m getting back into a routine.

And finding that consistency and normalcy in my routine is what keeps me going long term. Now that the build stage ends, the growth stage can begin. And this means that my efforts now are focused on getting the book and its lessons into the hands of as many people as I can. I had visions earlier this year of impacting over one million entrepreneurs with my message, products and services. And so now I am preparing and getting into a routine that brings that vision into reality.

This is an ongoing journey of welcoming and adapting the new version of myself that is emerging. And not really getting attached to old patterns or routines, but rather adapting to focus on lifelong.

So now it is time for the daily leverage. So where in your world, whether in your life or business, have you been in a transitional phase and need to act differently in order for you to embrace the next chapter? Is it in your life with your health and body? Is it in your life with your spirituality or self-direction? Is it in your relationships with your spouse, partner, or kids? Is it in your business, finances, or team? Once you’ve located where you’ve been needing to act on what is required of you in the next chapter and you know what needs to change,

Jesse (03:50.966)
My question to you is this, what are you willing and able to do about it today? That is the end of the daily leverage. This is Jesse P. Gilmore. You’ve been listening to Leverage for Growth podcast.
