Today’s topic is this “Creating Certainty”. Sit back, relax and welcome to today’s daily leverage.
So this morning, I was doing my morning routine of working out and reflecting on this past week in life and business.
We are in a growth stage of the business as our message reaches more agency owners and we run our biweekly events for agency owners to gain insights and skills needed to grow their agency without burning out in the process
Yesterday, we ran our live event focused on getting paid what you are worth in your agency
We had a handful of agency owners find tremendous value from this one-time event and get a snapshot of what it is like inside of our agency growth mastermind called Alliance
The reason that people follow me and Niche in Control is because of the certainty that has been earned and instilled inside of me as a leader
The process that I went through to create Leverage for Growth as a method to scale agencies
The refinement process used to determine what worked and what didn’t
Doing more of what works and less of what doesn’t
Going through 5-6 iterations and versions of the program until it became consistent
The process by which Leverage for Growth was created has given me and those that follow it certainty
Certainty in the direction of their life and business
Certainty is what separates the participants from the spectators in the business game
When you create certainty within yourself, you are unwavering in your conviction
Certainty is what every entrepreneur needs to have
But certainty is not something that you can buy or manipulate in order to have
It must come from the inside
It must come from a direct connection to your higher self
That voice inside of you that is helping guide you to achieving your full potential
Certainty is what is needed in order to direct your life and business towards what you want
To create certainty, you must first understand where you want to go
Then create an understanding of where you are today
Understanding the gap between where you are today and where you want to be in the future allows you to understand what is needed or missing in order to bridge this gap
There may be certain mindsets, skillsets, beliefs or resources that are missing
Putting these missing pieces in order and creating a plan to bridge the gap is the next step
Then executing on this plan daily is the crucial
Not just on Mondays, weekdays, or weekends
Daily
Continually working towards your goals creates certainty
When you pair this up with having goals in every area of your life and business, as well as tracking the completion of each step you do daily
It is game over
Certainty is created
Doing this daily over a long period of time is what creates you as a leader
A leader of your life and business
On a path towards accomplishing your dreams
This is what we do for our clients and helping them stay accountable and focused on what is right ahead of them
So that way, they can live the life and have the business they envisioned from the beginning
You can create certainty in this same way
Why is this important?
Many times as entrepreneurs, we wonder what makes some business owners successful in the long term
We think that it is some specific type of strategy, tactic or hack
There is a mindset shift that needs to happen in order to understand that entrepreneurship is a long game
A long game that is unique to you
What may have worked for one person may not work for you
Regardless of the strategy or tactic that you use, the number one thing that is important is creating certainty for yourself
Creating your own goals
Understanding your own challenges
Working daily towards removing the obstacles that hold you back from achieving your goals
Doing this for yourself and leading yourself allows you to effectively lead others towards the realization of your vision
Not tomorrow
Starting today
Now it is time for daily leverage.
Where in your world whether in your life or business, have you been lacking certainty and it has been affecting your achievement of your goals?
Is it in your life with your health or body?
Is it in your life with your spirituality or self-direction?
Is it in your relationships with your spouse, partner or kids?
Is it in your business or finances or team?
Once you have located where you have been lacking certainty and you know what you need to change.
