You are now listening to Leverage for Growth. Hey everybody this is Jesse P. Gilmore founder of Niche in Control and creator of the Leverage for Growth, welcome to the daily leverage edition.
Today’s topic is this “Massive Action Plan”. Sit back, relax and welcome to today’s daily leverage.
So this morning, I was doing my morning routine of training for my full marathon in May and reflecting on how much implementing Leverage for Growth into my own business has led towards creating a massive action plan.
The term Massive Action Plan comes from Tony Robbins and it is basically when you create a goal and create as many ways that you can hit the goal that if one fails, another can work.
When we create massive action plans, you are removing single points of failure from the business. Dependency upon a single tactic or strategy to become successful.
Leverage for growth is our proven process to scaling agencies and transforming the agency to sustain and grow without the owners direct involvement.
I have been applying leverage for growth to our own business, Niche in Control, that has allowed us to build multiple strategies to achieve our goals and in this upcoming week, we are integrating the strategies to complete the massive action plan.
It is not just about us.
Many times we think that success is a linear process.
If I do this, this and this, then success will come.
However, when we think in a linear process, we have created dependency upon the singular strategy to win.
The problem is that things change, alter, evolve. And it requires you to adapt to the change in the how.
This is where a massive action plan is needed.
When you create multiple ways to achieve your goals, if one doesn’t work, another one will.
To create a massive action plan for your business, you must create and build multiple ways to achieve your goals and then integrate them.
Give yourself metrics to measure the performance of each system, each plan and set up a cadence for checking the numbers.
Review the numbers with your team and make decisions based on those numbers.
This is how you execute your massive action plan and inevitably achieve your goals
Why is this important?
Many times as entrepreneurs, we go all in on a strategy that we like and embrace
linear thinking
Or we find out about a new method to use to grow our business and we abandon the past methods to go all in on the new one
What we don’t realize is that in order to achieve our goals, we must think in systems
Think in creating so many ways for you to win that success is inevitable.
Apply this across your business in areas such as client fulfillment, client attraction and client conversion
You will start to operate like the true CEO of your business
When you apply this across your life in your health, spirituality, marriage, relationships and family
You enable your ability to have it all
Now it is time for daily leverage.
Where in your world whether in your life or business, have you been relying on a singular strategy or method to achieve your goals and it is causing you to lose certainty or confidence in your ability to achieve?
Is it in your life with your health or body?
Is it in your life with your spirituality or self-direction?
Is it in your relationships with your spouse, partner or kids?
Is it in your business or finances or team?
Once you have located where you have been lacking a massive action plan and you know what you need to change.
My question to you is this…
What are you willing and able to do about it today?
That is the end of our daily leverage. This is Jesse P. Gilmore and you have been listening to the Leverage for Growth podcast.
