And prior to this desire in the calling to write a book, I thought, Who am I to blank? Who am I to write the book? Who am I to impact thousands of entrepreneurs? Who am I to tell my story and use it as a catalyst for others growth and development? This was a question that held me back and kept me playing small for most of my life.

This was the same question that held one of my mentors back as well until the question was replaced with, if not me, who? I realized very early that my story was unique. It was crafted by experience and lessons that happened to me specifically. When I share my story I am able to impact more people and find an alignment with others that are on a similar journey.

There is a sense of freedom that comes from telling my story. A couple months back, I had a moment of understanding that the way to create the most impact that I want to make on the world and to live my calling is to simply tell my story. And this has led to the beginning of writing the Leverage or Growth book I’ve been outlining and crafting this outline and what will end up becoming my life’s work.

So why is this important? Many times as entrepreneurs, we feel the calling to grow, to expand, to become more. Yet we get stuck asking questions about our worth that hold us back from doing what is truly required. And we start to look for these shortcuts or other ways to get to the result. Yet we know that all we need to do is to tell our story fully.

The struggles, the challenges, the pits, the faults, all of it. And in doing so, we transform. We become more. We become the person we are called to be in life and in business. And in this book that I am writing, I’m going to tell you both the journey towards achievement, but also the journey of transformation. And in doing so, I’m able to be free and impact those I am called to serve.

Now it is time for the daily leverage. So where in your world have you been holding yourself back from telling your story fully, being authentic and transparent and real, and it has held you back from truly getting what you want in life? Is it in your life with your health and body? Is it in your life with your spirituality and self-direction?

And is it with your relationships with your spouse, partner kids and or maybe it’s actually in your business with your finances or team? And once you’ve located where you’ve been, holding yourself back from truly telling your story and being free. My question is this What are you willing and able to do about it today?
