00:00:06:15 – 00:00:35:04

You are now listening to Leverage for Growth. Hey, everybody, This is Jesse Gilmore, founder of Niche in Control and creator of Leverage for Growth. Welcome to today’s Daily Leverage. Today’s topic is this: Creating a vision for your life? Sit back, relax, and welcome to today’s Daily Leverage. So this morning I was doing my morning routine of stacking and reflected on a conversation that happened during our Alliance mastermind call yesterday for agency owners.

00:00:36:09 – 00:00:58:14

One of the members talked about a problem with them not having a vision for where they wanted their company to go. They do good work. They love what they do. They’ve been doing it for a really long time. But it has always been around the same size without much growth. They started to think that they had a sales problem or just needed more leads, but this was not the true actual issue.

00:00:59:07 – 00:01:21:12

When I asked everyone in the group if they have ever felt this way before, everyone raised their hand. Then we talked about different ways of solving this problem and regaining the vision that is needed to lead the business. And when we got a little bit deeper into what was actually holding her back from having the vision, we realized that there was a story about business growth that had held her back.

00:01:22:01 – 00:01:46:09

There wasn’t really an underlining reason on why she wanted to grow or why the company should grow, and until it was replaced with an understanding that as the business grows and serves more people, it allows her to impact her clients in positive ways. Giving a portion of her profits to charity or a cause. So as the business grows, you can make a bigger impact on the world.

00:01:47:08 – 00:02:27:04

And when we started to talk about different ways for her to solve her issue by the end of the discussion, everyone felt as though, first off, they weren’t alone and that they had actionable steps that they could take to regain the vision that they wanted for their life and business. So why is this important? Many times as entrepreneurs, we’re focused on delivering a service or managing the business or making sure that we do things right, when in actuality what we really need is for the business to have a vision and a purpose and a reason for being other than simply making money.

00:02:28:01 – 00:02:48:06

And this is why in the Leverage for Growth programs and method, we actually focus on creating time and space and needed to work on the business. And this is where you’re really focused on doing the things that only a CEO can do, which is like creating a vision and a purpose for the business and uniting the team under the vision.

00:02:48:15 – 00:03:29:21

And coming from a place of more like leadership as opposed to management. So instead of doing things right, you’re doing the right things right. And when you set aside time and space in order for you to work on the business, you allow yourself to influence the direction of both your business and your life. And everyone benefits. So now it is time for the daily leverage to where in your world, whether in your life or business, have you been stuck in a routine without a strong reason behind expansion or growth or development where you may have been stagnant and need a better vision for the future?

00:03:30:12 – 00:03:52:11

Is it in your life with your health and body? Is it in your life with your spirituality? In self-direction? Is it in your relationships with your spouse, partner, or kids? As in your business, finances or team? And once you have located where you’ve been lacking vision and getting stuck, my question to you is this What are you willing and able to do about it today?

00:03:53:13 – 00:04:01:06

That is the end of daily leverage. And this is Jesse Bigger, more. You’ve been listening to Leverage for Growth podcast. See, in the next episode.
